These Terms of Service govern your access to ZenEbookAI, including our website, KDP publishing tools, AI-assisted workflows, subscription features, blog content, and support channels. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to use the platform responsibly.
By creating an account, subscribing, accessing a paid tool, or using the ZenEbookAI website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ZenEbookAI provides practical tools and educational resources for Amazon KDP publishers, authors, and digital publishing teams. Features may include niche research, book planning, manuscript workflow support, formatting guidance, cover preparation, metadata assistance, and AI-assisted content generation.
The service is intended to support better publishing decisions. It does not guarantee Amazon approval, search rankings, book sales, advertising revenue, or account outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and legally clearing any content, metadata, images, keywords, descriptions, or publishing materials you create with the service. You must ensure that your final books comply with Amazon KDP policies, intellectual property law, trademark rules, advertising standards, and any other rules that apply to your publishing activity.
AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, similarities to existing content, or policy risks. You agree not to publish raw, unreviewed, misleading, infringing, or low-quality output.
You retain ownership of the original content and project materials you create or upload through your account. ZenEbookAI retains ownership of the platform, software, interface, branding, templates, systems, workflows, documentation, and proprietary technology used to provide the service.
You grant ZenEbookAI the limited rights needed to process your inputs, display your projects in your account, provide generation features, troubleshoot support issues, and operate the platform.
You may not use ZenEbookAI to create or distribute illegal content, infringing content, deceptive publishing materials, spam, malware, impersonation, harassment, adult content involving minors, fraudulent reviews, trademark abuse, duplicated books designed to manipulate marketplaces, or other activity that harms the platform, other users, or third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, violating these terms, attempting to bypass usage limits, attacking infrastructure, or creating legal or platform-policy risk.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Subscription access continues until the end of the active billing period unless cancelled earlier under the rules displayed in your account or payment portal. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Continued use after cancellation may be limited to the remaining paid period or to free/read-only access depending on your account status.
ZenEbookAI provides tools and information on an "as available" basis. Publishing rules and marketplace behavior can change. You should verify current KDP requirements, copyright issues, tax obligations, and commercial decisions before publishing or investing in a project.
