Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refund requests, and subscription access work for ZenEbookAI. Our goal is to keep billing clear while protecting the service from abuse.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid ZenEbookAI subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of the first payment for that subscription period. When approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

The guarantee is designed for genuine evaluation of the platform. It is not intended for repeated short-term use, bulk generation followed by refund requests, or attempts to bypass normal subscription limits.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zenebookai.com from the email address connected to your account. Include your account email, the approximate purchase date, the plan name, and a brief explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information if we cannot identify the payment or account.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment method may take additional time to post the refunded amount. ZenEbookAI cannot control processing delays after a refund has been submitted through Stripe.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless the refund request qualifies under this policy.

After cancellation, paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period. Some account data or saved project history may remain available in read-only or limited mode depending on your plan and platform status.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for requests submitted after 30 days, accounts that violate the Terms of Service, fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse, repeated refund patterns, or usage that clearly exceeds normal evaluation of the service.
